Heavy Work Load, No Work-Life Balance (many times need to work on week ends with no compensatory off), Your Line Manager is the only person who can decide your performance, Need to unofficially support other department employees with no recognition, Long Notice Period, receive work out of your profile - sales people also needs to do HR and recruitment job, purchase job, etc.

Employees are slogged like labourers. Saturday & Sunday working unethically. Even on national Holidays employees are asked to work. When you are on Paid leave, boss will expect you to be on weekly calls.

...of politics in company & top management is full of useless people just enjoying their post & earning huge salary.

Everything, not a single work culture is even good, in-fact it should be politically company rather than inspection or certificate company.

No required ot , less salary, no one is there to appreciate to qe , Every fastival in office only for office member.......they even not invite to qe , because all qe always in inspection. They should keep at least one program for qe

...ings to learn as it is product based org and all u can do is on the same proj. Overall it hold a job security and good salary. but as all org it have same 5-10 % increment.
