Excellent work place to learn more about international luxury fragrance brands while attending training from international trainer and it will help for future growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Need to be more Transparency between management and Team member.

very good management to work ,teammates are very supportive .company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year,very encouraging and motivation learned good skills and knowledge.

there is no dislike ..infact I enjoyed working .

They have many international perfume brands like Versace, Gucci, D&G, Paco Rabbane & many more. Second they teach how to work under pressure. they teach us about reporting of the store & they organized & conducted brand training schedule every year.

Dislikes

...s. there is lots of fight on shop floors amongst the staff regarding the sell. company doesn't provide any offer latter/experience letter and salary slip. I have given also four year in this company but I understood this later that, in this environment man can't developed himself or anyone else.
