Low Pay Scale, Low appraisals, Alternate Saturdays working(1/3/5), High Work Pressure, No employee confirmation without AWS Certification(at least 1 Associate level cert. should be cleared for confirmation), Work Life Balance is a bit chaotic and you might not get a free weekend too sometimes. 100% agreed that we commit mistakes, but sometimes your contribution might not even matter. Though you think your work is say average, some people might find it less or nothing and will be compared with others doing the same work as you do. Rest all good.
