The most dislike thing I'm facing that I hate about this company that they always paid late salary literally always. Some of the times it goes above 10 days delayed. I really disappointed with this and it's creates demotivation too.

company provides work from home option which is beneficial to employees who are unable to come to office.. also the behaviour of the seniors are quite good they are supportive and also the working enviornment is pleasant whether it is work from home or work from office.

salary issue is the major issue here. I hope the management will be more determined about the issue. According to the project payment is very low.

In the case of job security it is good also work life balance is good in my case i have learned many good things here hopefully in future also I will learn many things. Our manager is so supportive in many ways

Salary is one portion where I think some improvement required as well as yearly bonus also I am working in night shift and i didn't see any member from HR team in the night shift other wise nothing dislike about IIMI

It has wfm facility during covid and salary is depend on you productivity which is a good side and bad side also bcz if they give you such work in which if you work hard even after that you can't earn a good salary.

If you work from office there is too much politics and bad supervisor no management, and if you work from then they don't give you proper work and support, which effect on ur salary badly.and also a bad side i'hv alrdy mentioned in above mentioned point.

Poor Salary... flexible income when you are in WFH... They force to increase your target... and day by day the rate per image is decreasing... I got ₹0.28 per entry in a project which is really terrible... You can to earn max. ₹7k Monthly...not more than that...They just playing with your youth life and waste your valuable time.
