Every employee wants a good salary and benefits and that's where company stands out. They offered me a good packages according to my skill set and yearly increments are good too.

Need to improve parking space.

Work wise u will learn new skills But pay wise very worst, in time office is mandatory but out time is at least 9 hours to when ever u completed the work, those many hours required

Increments and sudden deadlines with out proper plan

The team which i worked is really awesome, workwise it's really good exposure to banking sector where you will learn alot on daily basis. Every day is a new day, and every issue shows you a Learning path for us even in the tight timeliness.

Dislikes

...strict rules on attendance which is directly impacts on your leaves or salary. Second you will never get your variable pay atleast 90% too. Work wise no complaints, when you decided to join, go with best package.

People are nice specially in my team, good culture, though I am leaving because of less pay and I have lot of family responsibilities

...saulted frestger in front of everyone they did nothing hr ,manager did nothing .Poor infra its like goverment office ,parking charges from your salary ,no new skill learn ,people having gutka in office .Its like senior citizen company no new hire only with 35+ age people.They hardly speak in english.no ffre food perks as you daily comes to daily office all the building floor are rented out only one is left .poor company culture avoid this company at any cost.HR it department only for name poorly managed infra ,employees .
