Everything. The best is food, fruit of the day, managers (in some departments), team outings and of course salary + joining bonus!

Dislikes

When there is power on, there is lot of pressure. Layoff season is there and they dont give a heck about Indian employees. Most of the good employees are leaving.

Salary hike is less Takes longer to get promotion for freshers even though did some recognisable work . (Takes 3-4 years ) 💀 No free food 😬

excellent WLB good learning opportunities in some teams, lot of benefits like RSU's , insurance, bonus and good compensation

layoffs happening recently, paycuts, stock price fallen due to current situation of recession
