- University Politics. - No work life balance. - University is not promoting talented and skilled people because of politics. - You will get the job at Integral only if you have some jack; otherwise don't come for the Interview. - Admin staff is worst. They are not ready to cooperate or support you in any situation. - All the higher authorities are either relatives of the chancellor or registrar. - The advisor of chancellor (chancellor's relative), is the worst and most arrogant person in Integral University. If you are against him in any ways, he simply says "You may file a case against me (Integral University), and then i will see you in court", for this reason, Integral University is currently dealing with a large number of cases.

Staff is very cooperative, salary on time

There is no HR policies, lots of internal politics, there are so many relatives of owner, if anyone wants to do something conspiracy will be started to pull it back of that person. There is office timing, according to owner you are 24x7 employee, we can call you anytime. Job security 0%. University are running on owner's mood, no extra benifits like medical cover, no compensatary leave, increment is also depends on owner's mood.

Campus is good. Students are good. Nearby Market is good.

Dislikes

Individuals such as Seemab and the majority of his colleagues in the office exhibit the behavior of sycophants. The mistreatment of faculty members is a prevalent occurrence. Neither the NAAC team nor the UGC takes any measures to address this issue. Surprisingly, even though the NAAC team is well aware of the situation, they have granted them an A+ rating. I have work at integral university for more than 3 years, have ability to work harder and smarter. But this organization work only on appraisal to higher authority. Honesty is nothing for them so for my respect and honor I have leave the organization.

The lush green campus of Integral University is huge and this makes a lot of students getting attracted to this place who are seeking higher ed in the north of India. IU has crossed Global boundaries and have attracted a lot of foreign students in the past 4 years.

Dislikes

No growth in the compensation of professors. Most of the faculty members are underpaid.
