Nothing good with Integer Telecom. It's only want to happered it's employees by various means.

Integer Telecom tortured employees and lots of politics happened at each level. Dear and chaplus of manager get recognized and other does not get nothing inspite of lot of work. Manager are also very rude and ready to defame and blame other employees under him apart from his chaplus. Manager Like mayank dixit, atul aswal, ankit Singh etc and HR /employer force the new employees to sign Bond (Mandatory) of 6 lac for job and after that molestrate the new joines.

Company is very good at politics, I am requesting to our PM to take candidate from this company. If company person don't have work they just find your mistake rather than correct that I love a lot. Some manager are goods some managers are one who like bootlicker employees. The best thing about this company is leaves. No CL , only SL , and EL , but you have to beg a lot to take.

If they have budget they will not provide the increment, no food, no cab , no time to take lunch. Or bohot kuch h likha to box fill ho jaega.

I like nothing in this company. It’s the worst company to join. I would highly recommend not to join this company at any cost. If you want to ruin your career and life then only join.

only receive one 12 Rs Maggie in dinner even if it is available at every segment cross cutting of Rs done.

very high toxic culture within company ready to work anytime even after 1 hour you get call from senior and you will have to work huge pressure on juniors leads are extending shift 4-5 hour and and seniors misusing thier powers management is third class
