...s a total no, please don't join their courses or their job. They are fraudsters. They will make you work endlessly and will not pay your salary. They do this with everyone, and will give excuses, they lack empathy, sympathy and discipline.

Company wont give salary, no employees withstand morethan 2 months

This company not gave salary to all their emplyees for more than 1 year. All employees are dissatisfied. Company's name and fame gone due to mismanagent and wrong policies on employee's welfare. This has to be changed, then only growth will occur. Without employees no organization will grow. Management has to settle the pending salaries to all their employees.

No PF, NO Bonus, no other facility, Salary paying two or three month delay, people working helplessness, only sweepers (Talve chatne wale) are happy .

No FNF policy, they make false accusation to staff who resign or leave the job and grab their FNF

They pay salaries very late sometime after two months, and if any one resign they swallow the dues of employees and never pay it. ICRI is nothing less then a looter. I personally had filed a case against them in the office of Deputy labour commissioner, South Delhi for not paying my balance salary.

...ronment. HOD is not open and reciprocative to staff. always an air of ambiguity. Payment of salary is always after 3 months. my february salary was paid in MAy end and APril salary in August.
