...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Or to or jinko Head of depart bnaya h agr unke chmche ho toh tum kuch b na kro , unke samne soye rho , there is nothing to worry. Or agr kici bnde ne thoda sa kuch bol diya toh us bnde ne chahe jitna bhi kaam kiya ho unko koi frk ni pdta.

Everything. There is no work culture. The management is very poor. There is no work-life balance. Most of the time I use to go to work at 6 in the morning and come home by 9 at night. Also the do not provide cab or bus facilities when you overtime or work on Sundays or holidays. They only provide bus services if you live in baddi. And only one bus is available for you if you live in Pinjore. That too is only provided to you if it have seat in it. You don’t have a definite job responsibilities. And there are audits almost every 2 weeks. In which only QA is responsible and doing al the work. Which does not provide opportunity to any other departments to interact and learn. Also most of the people working there seems unprofessional. I would not recommend working in Innova CapTab if you want to learn and grow. The management treats you like animals .!! I suffered from clinical depression after working in this company!! So I won’t suggest anyone to work here if they love their sanity.
