•Nothing to like. • Arun Kumar Janikiraman, known for manipulating and taking everyones credit. • You will feel the toxic environment the moment you join Inframart. • Poor leadership leading to team layoffs, Arun will just make the employee a scapegoat and save his job by taking the credit to himself of others efforts and making them look they did nothing. • Miserable leader caused poor team performance.

• Consider other jobs.. don't join this company, Arun will make your life miserable. • He made emplpyees resign on call individually by asking them to mention personal reasons of such as health etc in resignation letter and said to management that they are incompetent and left for silly reasons. He has evil way of doing this. People have suffered. • After people left, he took credit of all their achievement and said they did nothing. • This company has failed leadership. • After joining you are clueless about what they do, if you approach your reporting manager he will just shout at you and ask irrelevant question. • He is not approachable and really bad at handling a team • Everyday he is making reels from office and posting on Instagram, under his leadership the team is bound to sink. • Search for better jobs don't work here.. • Poor worklife balance he will humiliated you for no reason. • Read other reviews you will get clarity. • If you get positive review it's posted by HR and management to show that they are good. • By giving leadership to Arun Kumar Janikiraman Inframart has put it reputation at stake, he was a individual contributor in Haworth before and no experience in handling team at all he will screw your life and no expectations one can have if they join here. • Arun says he is a motivator and coach, uploads videos and says he is writing books, he is not going to motivate you whatsoever or guide you in anyway. Just a pathetic experience to more than 20 people who were victims to his blunders in leadership. • People lost jobs without getting options to serve notice period. • Be cautious avoid at all cost, look for better opportunities and grow along with companies, always do research about them and see the reviews which will give you clarity. • The company has a wonderful concept but the execution style and leadership failed it resulting in demotivated and underperformed team. • If you give Gold to Arun he will make it Bronze, that's his capacity as a person, forget that he may polish and utilize, he will shrink your personality completely.
