Warning to Potential Employees I am sharing this experience as a warning to others who may consider joining this organization. Unfortunately, my experience was highly negative, and I believe it’s important for potential employees to know about these issues: 1. Financial Irregularities: There were repeated instances where salaries were significantly delayed (up to two months), with promises of payment that were never fulfilled. When employees questioned these delays or sought legal recourse, access to emails and internal systems was abruptly revoked. 2. Unprofessional Behavior: The CEO, Paul Earnest, frequently appeared unprofessional, reportedly attending meetings while intoxicated and later apologizing with explanations of personal stress. This behavior disrupted work environments and left employees feeling undervalued. 3. Unethical Practices: There were allegations of unprofessional conduct directed toward female employees. Instances included inappropriate messaging during non-working hours and pressuring employees to sign certain policies without transparent explanations. 4. Hostile Work Culture: The HR team, instead of serving as employee advocates, seemed to act in ways that made employees feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Employees reported that the workplace environment was intimidating rather than supportive. Due to these experiences, I strongly advise potential applicants to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before considering a position here.
