Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

no things to like for that company only owner is good for Communication i think that by nature is good person but not sure

Dislikes

Company Provides Training to student but Training is Totally Worst. During Joining gives me surity for Placement but at time of placement no support its very bad Institute....... 1) Couse is not completed on time it delays 3 to 4 months and 2) take all fees but zero support 3) Trainer is Very Very Bad I Take Training for Salesforce but have vey Bad Experience........ Guys Lots of Very Good Institute are their for Training But dont ever think go for Informatrix Nagpur
