...y will be good. In fact, they are aggresively hiring new people for the company. Salary is not great, especially old employees getting paid very less and I heard they give handsome packages for the new comers. Company is growing good. They are very good in Finance management.

...ey wld nt say buyout they will not tell u anything as if they have accepted. 13.and in that too they will not give u one month salary of urs plus three months np they will charge 5lakh +. 14. Fraud organizations n dats y keeps 3 months np in probation . 15. N then after four months sends email to transfer money. 16.never join such a disgusting organization who are self proclaimed MNC. 17. Disgusting management who ruins employees career n takes thier money.

Work Life Balance was not good. i was working around 12 Hrs per day and my compensation was very less as per market standard. I was getting good rating (as per my Manager) but was not promoted.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Do not work with this company especially on contract. If you are lucky you will get salary on time otherwise you will have to fight for your salary. Also there is no or poor coordination between HR, admin and their contractor vendor company. Management is poor and immature. Same is HR and admin. No proper processes and procedures. Very few clients and projects. Project management is poor. Quality of work and processes are poor. You will not learn anything good here. Poor growth and appraisal. Hire and fire. No respect for your work and contribution. Cheap treatment.
