...y will be good. In fact, they are aggresively hiring new people for the company. Salary is not great, especially old employees getting paid very less and I heard they give handsome packages for the new comers. Company is growing good. They are very good in Finance management.

Salary is average, again, it depends on the project you are in.

Work Life Balance was not good. i was working around 12 Hrs per day and my compensation was very less as per market standard. I was getting good rating (as per my Manager) but was not promoted.

Do not work with this company especially on contract. If you are lucky you will get salary on time otherwise you will have to fight for your salary. Also there is no or poor coordination between HR, admin and their contractor vendor company. Management is poor and immature. Same is HR and admin. No proper processes and procedures. Very few clients and projects. Project management is poor. Quality of work and processes are poor. You will not learn anything good here. Poor growth and appraisal. Hire and fire. No respect for your work and contribution. Cheap treatment.

Had joined with a very positive mindset like I always do while joining a new organisation and this time the positivity was at peak going by the interaction and the way I was welcomed to the team. Have lot of work on a daily basis which is a positive sign and enjoyable experience for any professional.

Dislikes

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.
