They hardly fire their staffs and they seem to care more about you when you plan to resign.

Dislikes

...th, you can be there years will pass by and you will still be in the same place. No care for the employees in general, salary structure is very poor and one can get increment if one is closer to a top personnel. The gap between the top management and staffs is wide. In general, no regards for the local citizens.
