The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I will be get a change to to travel abroad, especially to European country. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee Re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late night.

Basic pay 18000 is very less in CTC. So your gratuity and employer PF is very less. Onsite opportunities are very very less. Even management won't reply to your mails regarding opportunities. Health insurance SUM of insurance 300000 is less for 23000

It's a manger driven company not a policy driven. All the hikes, bonus everything will be given to the people who are having good rapo with manager but not the hard working people. Politics are more. No job security because of less projects. No bench concept , either you should work in a project or should serve notice period. The worst thing they will ask the freshers to give good feedback in social media and public domains, so you can understand what kind of organisation is. Evnethough it's been more than 20yrs the company established still no proper growth.

Service Provider Company with no management policies. Managers modifiy the policy according to them. Nothing to learn here. You will get the 10% hike annually but hike in variables like gratuity and group insurance. In hand you will get only 1500 rs per month max. 3 months notice period, mentioned buy opt in offer letter but they will not release you at any cost except you have some great source in company. Cab facility is not free for night shift folks and novt available for day shift folks.
