All things like team lead and managers are not supporting. HR's are very rude and does not provide correct salary... More salary deduction. No work satisfaction and no work life balance. For freshers there is 2.5 years of bond if you break the bond then you have to pay 2-3 Lakhs INR. Managers and team leads are rude and unprofessional. High work pressure

...beam Bangalore. - It is a fully micro managed company. - No appraisal on time - Salary cycle is 7 of every month. You get salary 7th evening. Even though it falls on weekends. - No WFH even during covid pandemic. - You call managers by "Sir" - They provide health insurance but premium will be deducted from ur salary. They call this as benefits. - No sick leaves. You have to avail Casual leave only. - Have much more to say.... This is not a good company for experienced ppl.

...i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. there is no timing for employer & there are no salary progress in one year

Timings are pretty good. Work-life balance also nice.

Dislikes

... who are non-cooperative and least friendly. Worst HR policies. Poor management. Salary structure very low. Managers shout at you for petty issues. Lots of politics. No open door policy. So work in this company at your own risk.
