No job security. You wont get permanent job in client location. Please don't stay more than a year in a contract role. If possible discuss with your client manager and get permanent position within 9 months of your joining, if not happened, presume that they may terminate your contract at any time. Please don't believe any fake promises during recruitment process. 1 Month notice period. They will settle your FFS after completion of 90days. ***I don't recommend anyone***

Bad work environment no work life balance. Low salaries. No growth opportunities. They are not good at business. Poor quality training and outdated technologies. No hikes and 0 compensations and benifits. Toxic HR policies. I have worked with Vaidya CEO closely I see the decline of clients and projects.
