Learnings are good ,fast paced environment which trains you well, exposure to mid to senior hiring - end to end , high visibility with leaders and to clients as well.

Company culture is average, leaders can be very rude at times.If yelling and feeling targeted does not go well with you at all then you will have a very hard time here. Because it is normalised and called "part of the learning curve"

Indusion provides an experience that every person that works at the business consulting sector craves, the co- founders, Mr. Ajit Sahu and Mr. Vijay Vaishnav are spectacular at encouraging and give pretty good bonuses, during the lockdown, they barely cut our salaries hence I am and will always be grateful to them for giving me such an experience

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
