Job security is 100%. However, the benefits like salary or bonuses will not increase substantially over the years. Basic salary will begin from almost 12000 and an additional incentive of around RS 5000 will also receive from after three months.

Very low fixed salary. Exploiting employees in the name of Covid in the form of Salary deductions. Who would work here for a fixed salary of 11000 per month?

...any ever,all employees are taken as daily wages No PF No ESI no benefits at all. one main thing is that there is no salary at all you will get salary Only when you achieve target else nothing
