Leave policy Lack of management due to under experienced GL and PL No appreciation In the name of the Diwali bonus, they deduct an amount from your salary, and after resignation, this money becomes theirs. They do not pay it back, causing a loss. And one of the important thing inhuman HR, some HR dont have common sence they are just arrogant

If you are the person who knows how to please their boss, this company is for you. If you want good salary, learnings, don't fall for work from home scheme and find another company who will value your talent. People here are way ahead in politics, there are no ethics, they will not value no matter how much efforts you put in, they value and promote people who gives information of their colleagues, friends. You can trust no one here. This took me long enough to know about place, hope no one has to waste their time here proving themselves

the only pros company have is the work from home if it wasnt there no one will survive in the company,

...ence faculty u will find in company very harsh working hours ...it was 9am to 7.15 pm but they dont leave you till 8-9pm , very low salary hike ...i will recommend you this if u really have no option other than this .

Perks being Salary is better than other private sector jobs for architects and engineers Office culture is Sophisticated Manageable work Permanent work from home is provided as per candidate requirement. Software training is provided Sat sun off once training is done

You have to train other people for free irrespective of your remaining work if needed after a certain experience in company Project leaders can be a pain sometimes. So many unnecessary events taking place rather than giving away peaceful day offs 🫢
