The management keeps on changing and there is no accountability. HR policies keep on changing overnight and enforced disrupting domestic life and plans. Not at all trustworthy.

Nothing much . Only they provide nice and high end laptops .

Dislikes

SAP inhouse team is created recently, so no such work methodology I feel here. The higher authorities are less knowledge about SAP., so there is a gap how SAP team can manage. Need to recruit delivery head in each module with handsome IT SAP experience.

Being a shared service the work exposure to manufacturing company is good. Annual appraisal is slightly above par compared to the shared service industry.
