Lots of politics, Salary time is not fix & career growth is unstable. No one promote to be a leader & there is no motivational training given to staff or anyone. Only everything is in paper. System is undemocratic.

New management is trying for great targets for company’s growth

Dislikes

Salary comes late. Problems not heard to. Resources not available but targets are expected. CEO give bad words and many. OT paid not on time, but everyone is work long hours. Terrible work life balance.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
