Indo Farm equipment Ltd. is the growing company in Tractor division, my teammate have a good attitude. First of all , whatever I learnt due to good environment and innovation.

Due to not sufficient salary, So I want Indo Farm Equipment Ltd.

The company gives the tractor to the dealer at a very cheap rate. But the quality of the tractor is very poor.

Dislikes

There is a lot of problem in tractor finance. All the dealer's money is wasted. The company Indo Farm Company stops the money of the employees at any time and does not pay their salary and the employee gets frustrated and resigns.

No salary on time To many deduction on Ta Da for no reason with limit also. 10 new dealer closed in single year in one territory. Dealer fund are getting blocked. Without your knowledge they will terminate you without paying salary, conveyance is far away. If you will business head or Hr for they will block your number. No family wali feeling with employee then what they take of dealer. Dealer is suffering for 2-3 year to get back their security deposit amount. After that also they have to go for leagal process.

Management uses unprofessional language. People prefer to resign on salary day because of unbalanced HR policies. HR can terminate employee without prior notice.

Dislikes

No training module for trainees. Company HR behave unethically with former employees. Company is in remote location, no transportation services are available here. Worst food quality served in canteen.

Domain gets bigger, as being a small OEM, you get to look after numerous range of products & processes, P2P has to be followed by engineer. Helpful if you've the ability to self learn.

Dislikes

...that too if you are more than just lucky, and yes forget about the word arrears. 3 Months notice is there but they can terminate you anytime without any prior notice or salary. One more thing, half day is deducted on being late by even one minute but no such treatment for outgoing time, I mean you are expected to stay in office till at least 7:30 pm.
