Their is no canteen /cafeteria for taking lunch or to take other snacks or drinks

I worked there only with the thing that,that is related to my subject(EEE) they r the manufacturer of control panel for lift

Dislikes

No safety,they want we have to in there company with there given salary forever,if we left the job then there is no response from authority regarding allowance and other things

Overall experience was good management and all

The manager here (Swapnil) who thinks he is the only person who have knowledge..if you ask or question back to him he will offend and start targeting you all the way..I was sick n I took some days leave but couldn't recover soon so he asked management to remove from the company..because I didn't listen to him because he was asking me to work for more than 12-14 hours

I learnt about taking stand for myself without hesitation , after bearing my depressing boss for one year

Dislikes

They will keep you busy all your life but will never think of appraisals. If they do, it will be just 1k or a bit more. They always keep crying for employees taking leaves. Company politics and inner competitions always go hand in hand with life in this company. And to the worse, with all of this I got my weight decreased by 4 Kgs when I was already an underweight person . Company gossip is another thing, Everyone knows whats going on in your life. Instead I'd say, they might know more😂. They dont value labour, all they value is saving their money on workers and utilizing to personal profits.
