Dislikes

One of the challenges at the company was noticeable favoritism toward long-standing employees. Newcomers often struggled to find the same level of support and recognition. There was very limited interaction between higher management, which created a communication gap. As a result, lower-level employees remained confined to their roles with little exposure or opportunity to grow. This environment made it difficult for new talent to fully integrate and advance.

The management is great. The people you come across are working more than 5 years. Mangement is always open to listen your concern. I have never seen such a humble directors in the company. I wept when I was about to leave.

Dislikes

Once you enter in the company you will never want to change your Job. Very progressive organisation to work with
