No promotions, no salary, no sleep, no peace, nothing, no humanity, no pity, not an employee orientated, ultimately nothing.

...ike human. They treat them like machines. And expect to have no personal life. No salary hike. Give warning letters even if u have genuine severe health issues and can kick out any employee any time . Biased . No appraisal or appreciation. No help from management during needs. Pathetic experience . Waste of career, time and mostly health.

...t and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot remain .on the job training is not given to new joinees

Shift 10 hrs And rotational shift not even 1 full month we have same shift Company does provide transport but they cut 6500 from ur salary if u r taking transport I believe it should provide transport as airport is very far from city They say about sop but do not follow Put pressure on staff when they are in need they forget all sops whar should be followed And only when there is auditing or anything again they talk about sops I have got no salary increment in 2 and half years

...y policies are good and coordination between every staff was good based on work. Appraisals are fair and they give us good salary hike and bonus every year. They have provided company cab. Overall it was a great journey working with indigo airline.

Dislikes

The only part was the management was slowly falling down , and the work pressure was too much in the pandemic situation and salary deduction was not satisfying . Working hours were increased but career growth is slow.
