Many.. no job security.. over pressure on the staff.. would never like to work with IndiGo again.. just laid me off and many other staff and this put a black spot on my career.. still struggling for a job since January

...t could so difficult to sit n eat in front of lavatories n passangers. 8) for LWP’s they have leverage for pay cuts & also to block cabin crew staff travel leisure for 6months along with warning letters. 9) so , nothing much but 1 should takes care of their employees health & should not over burdened them . 10) just wages doesn’t matter , all it matters concern at the end

You can make great contacts when you work in Aviation. As far as IndiGo is concerned, I personally feel that IndiGo stands out of the crowd just by the way it treats its customers. Apart from that, it does not charge a penny for recruitment and training, when compared to other airlines. It personally takes growth seriously of every employee.

...e that mistake just in that month. Company cabs are chargeable for ground staff. Basic salary is highly low compared to other airlines.

The organization have failed to keep its fundamentals

90 % of employees are in distress and management hardly cares. For the last 3 years there have been no hike in salary except for further deduction on the salaries which are already way below market standards. They pay an entry level ground staff 11500 INR now think of it.

Indigo is one of the most employee orientated company . In this pandemic, even if it layed us off but it did take care of our needs.

... are certain department where the growth is too much and at some department you are stuck at a very low salary and designation for years.
