The HR is so ignorant that they will not be bothered to acknowledge the problem even on ambition box as u can see none of the reviews has any feedback from thier HR No Diwali Bonus Diwali celebrations are done by taking contribution from Team members. IndiGo pays the lowest salary compared to any Airlines in the world. Never complete more than 2 years or else it may get difficult for you to get better salary elsewhere. This company has zero growth opportunity your role will remain the same forever.

Probably it's only the work that I can get to learn and skills to grind at highest pressure which enables proactive and fast pace work habits.

No promotions, no salary, no sleep, no peace, nothing, no humanity, no pity, not an employee orientated, ultimately nothing.

It's a stable work environment and job safety is pretty much guaranteed even during critical times. SLT benefit is a decent perk.

...h prospect is very low, need to stay for longer time to be promoted in the role. Compensation is average.

Low salary package, after promotion also unsatisfactory increment (very very low) after giving 6 years i was paid 24000 only as in a position of senior executive., which was disappointed me.
