The opportunity to travel around India mostly and to explore during layover. Salary is on time always. It's a safe place for women and 5 star hotel accommodation for layovers are great.

...oments. There are senior well versed crew with the same Designation for years. - Salary and increment will take time after 3 years you will regret thinking what I have done to my career and where else to join.

Likes

The pay was good before 2020. Travelling around the world for free of cost, and luxurious stay in 5 star hotels is really an amazing experience. You get free tickets ( gst+taxes are included) for your blood relatives(5 members). You get great benefits by the company.

...ng any aviation industry. Not glamorous as the posts you see on social media Pay was good before 2020 but after covid hit, it never came back to normal salary. But now people are ready to work for lesser amount of salary and the quality of work is reduced.. Overall good but if you want to enjoy the actual Cabin Crew Life ‘ better join any international Aviation company’ don’t join a low cost carrier. You don’t get to enjoy the actual feeling of being a cabin crew because you will have to do a lot of manual work, always running behind time and no quality of service.

Safety was a priority atleast unto some extent it wasn't being openly compromised and salaries were paid on time even though there were many Discrepancies still.

Dislikes

Unprofessionalism, Lack of work ethics in all senior and junior management members, over exploitation of crew and other staff members. Favoritism, biased work culture, lack of transparency at work place.

Likes

Indigo is making fairly profits, so job security is there. And in Aviation everywhere its almost the same in terms of work. Onboard work is less in comparison to other airlines.

Dislikes

...ny. There is way too much workload and company utilizes you to your full extent. Indigo follows no gifting policies so there is no bonus and appraisals on festivals.

The best thing about indigo i like the most is that we get our salary on time or sometimes before time but its never gets delayed.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not at all good. To many 4 sector flight with minimum rest. No time for family at all as the schedule is very tight and hectic. Promotion process is not at all good.
