I joined as an IT Trainee , the working environment was good until Encyclopedia Britannica India turned / overtook by Navneet. I learned a lot of things from this place. Work culture was also good.

Dislikes

1 - While initiation of any new projects, you wont be able to know no who is the proper stakeholder of that project. Requirements for that project couldn't be fix(it kept changing from various dept people). So that after implementation of the project they used to play blame games. (i implemented 6-7 projects myself and i know the fact). 2 - Appraisals / Salary increment - poor , only head / middle management are enjoying well. 3 - Talking specifically about my dept (IT), the increments were very bad and team used to do loads of work. 4 - People leave bosses not the company is totally applicable for my dept.

Very poor experience on 17th month work life in this company .No Job security. No appraisal. Management every years reqcruid lots of candidates but after 1 or 2 years they are indirectly force to the change the job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Nothing. Everything is fine and im very much happy.
