Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There will be high job security. the work culture is very good because they celebrate all festivals in the company. and when coming to policies they will provide ESI, and along with that, they will also provide star health insurance.

when coming to teammates I felt hell with their behavior many times. I'm just talking about a few of the employees who always try to defame and hurt with their behavior and words. literally, I cried many times with their behavior but management was good so that I continued my work.
