Horrible and toxic work culture. There was no room for meritocracy. The salary was completely skewed - much below the market for everyone except the top few (max 3-4 people). The newly promoted COO was a highly corrupt and manipulative person. He only entertained sycophants and nurtured a culture of favoritism only. He used to promote inefficient people who hardly worked but only bribed him and filled him with sycophancy. People on the verge of retirement created a void in leadership below him without any succession planning to ensure he gets service extensions year after year even after superannuation age.

Its an excellent group of company there is good work environment and management.. good salary and growth with early bonus and also good policies for employees
