There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are not fair and they never give good salary hike,incentives and bonous every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Poor salary structure and career growth is slow too. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. Accommodation facilities were also not good.

IMFA is an ISO 9001, 2008 std company, very good copration in working . It follow strictly safety and environment guide lines.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, bit money growth is evrage. Some time work pressure is so high during breakdown period. But all department staffs are very coprative.

Very much secured company, career growth for some selective persons, learning opportunity is plenty, work-life balance is average, training opportunities are excellent, team mates always have a tendency for leg pulling.

Team mates are not up to a mark,training opportunities OK,salary structure are OK,work environment are average.

A good platform for learners, for beginners. Working culture and working ethics of the company is too good. Job security is there. Supportiveness and transparency are the key features of the employees.
