...fe balance. Leave policy is also not well. Have to work even on public holidays. No salary hike even after 2 year experience in the company

Work-life is really hard, everyone is struggling because the working hours 10hours. 7days of continuous working days , no Sunday is holiday, only Monday /Tuesday one week off.

Very poor management system. The HR department as well the whole management system is really bad. They never listen to actual concerns and never expect to take an action favoring common employees. They give special consideration to workers who came through recommendation and always made decision in favor if them.

The most disgusting people leading here. Tom varghese is worst TL, unproffessional behaviour. Demotivational Speaker. Each time I worked there felt like, living in a pressure cooker and literally I cant take breath sometimes.

It's a good organization built lots of hard work but that place is not in good hand specifically the North region.they have very poor concern about staff and treat their staff like a junk..not even single staff are happy with the management

Very bad behavior to staff Management carry unnecessary ego between staff Management is too much involved in gossip and rumors Higher authority evaluate the staff considering what others to stay.they don't have their own judgement about staff Staff get scolded Infront of students it's effect the staff reputation in students Overall poor low class behavior of management made that place a worst working place (I am only mentioning about north region head)
