I can still serve in the Army. But retired on completion of terms of engagement.

...tion in each department where appointed like office incharge, security incharge. I got good salary being junior commissioned officer.

Army is a very disciplined organisation in our country and no dislike issues are there.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Army policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only salary is appreciable which may be counted as less as job is 24x7

Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.
