Old & Out dated work technology, order always prevails, misuse of good workers and last but not the least butterring boss for undue advantage on others cost.

Teammates were very cooperative, excellent training, 100% job security, lots of opportunity for career, salary is good, no politics in INDIAN AIR FORCE, working environment is good, limitation s are there for innovation, working life is almost balance.

Indian Air Force is a unique organization. Apart from pay and perks it provides opportunity for overall development of the individuals. Many schemes are run by Air Force Wives Welfare Association for the benefits of their children and families. Many courses are conducted for for the ladies. Air Force provides better living conditions to it's employees and their families. It is pertinent to mention that retired Air Force personnel s are performing in excellent manners where ever they are working after retirement. In Air Force many career orientation programmes are scheduled considering their nature of job and future requirements. I must say that Air Force provides excellent work environment to their personnel.

Dislikes

It's nothing which I do not like in Indian Air Force.

Better team cooperation, 100% job security, better career growth for right professionals, salary is at par with civil jobs but status in below civilian central government employees, travelling is free and good work environment, better opportunities for innovation and achieving new heights.

...h all the day to day facilities. Get chance to see various places with families. The pay and perk offered is very satisfying. The organisation is very secular and we practice all the faith with full Jose. Since one get opportunity to be with families the work environment from morning till night, it relieves our tiredness with very ease. The appraisal system is very impartial for the personnel working hard as per desire and satisfaction of the superiors. I served the four decades with fully and satisfied.
