Opportunities are there for carrier growth but sometimes deserving candidates are missed out.Initial bond is for 20 years which I feel is more.Frequent transfer becomes problem with respect to children's education.

...here. Many things are there which neither can be disclosed nor can be decribed . This much is enough to understand that why a Warrant officer opting the VRS despite getting a handsome salary , considering myself.Government is not aware about the happenings inside the campus. Media is not allowed inside the campus, why , because transparency is not there. Yes, its an elegant place to learn about if and but of life and in life. If i begin to deliver it would be a complete novel . As i dont have enough time to spend here , so please excuse me.

Air force is good for officers. All facilties respect good salary.time for family.

Not good as airman they are called as animals by officers.no respect.Even 57 year old is insulted infront of every1. Not good for the people having self respect. Also no scope of innovations. Hardly 1% airman are getting commissioned to officer cadre. In the name of discipline you will be asked to do any thing you never like doing.

It's good for ppl with Average IQ.....and mediocre ambitions in life ...not a place for engineers .. job security and medical coverage for your family and parents is amazing.

1. Very Limited growth options for non flying branches 2. Pay bands are limited but perks are good 3. Huge Disparity between flying and non-flyingr branches 4. Organizational setup is such that Average IQ people do good and high Average and above average soon become disgruntled 5. Only Flying branch ppl are given command positions and irony is these average IQ lot now make baseless policies/decisions for all ... over the time it's deteriorating even more

Chamchagiri encouraged by higher management, promotion is not linked with individual work performance and declining manpower leading to very bad work life balance.
