Likes

They have a great work culture. No one works after 5 PM. The CMD believes that id you can not complete your job in 8 hrs, then you are not competent. They have great leave policy also. The CMD himself interacts with everyone. They also provide free accommodation inside campus.

Dislikes

...d due to the production process of carbon. They dont give you medical insurance. The salary is also lower if compared to other equivalent positions of other industries.

Horrible working culture. No professionalism. Whimsical Management. No appreciation. Buttering to management is key to success. No employee centric policies. Draconian rules. Average annual increment is 2 to 3 %.

Everything is just worst, senior's is very poor, colleges are just 👎,no increment,no learning opportunities,same pattern work done here, they told you something and it right to opposite,just oiling prefered here,afterall big ZERO
