As per client's brief you are free to design and within the time & cost limits you will delivered & complete the project till the end. Also dealt with the diffrent diffrent client needs & requirment received them you will decide the design, it is most intersting things in this feild.

The payment issue is most critical in the Independent Consultant field & Secondly the end product what we visualized at conceptual stage & the finished product we get due to value engineering it is compromised & not setisfactory but at the end client's decision.

Yes , there is no health insurance , no LTA , no leaves . As this job is fully independent assignment based . No stick flower person is there on your head . But yes, max challenges are , it's fully depend on your efforts

You get to choose your work hours and get to work from home but having to start out in a new area the learning curve is good without any pressures from bosses

Dislikes

I enjoy a competitive environment with challenges and better growth opportunities . Am looking at this as a long term career hence would prefer to be employed full time .
