1.Lowest salary. 2.Unrealistic expectations from employee 3. They usually don't want to invest and focus on improvement, that's why their processes rampdown. 4. Instead of recieving genuine feedback and working on improvement, they usually mislead new joiners by showing fake ratings and rewards. 5.Instead of providing monetary benefits like, performance incentives, attendance bonuses, they mislead employee by providing a certificate with thank you, which holds no real value. 6. When it comes to providing favour to an employee they become so honest and rigid in their rules. But usually manipulate the same rules for their own profit. This is total hypocrisy. 😅

The salary they pay is too low. They hire full-time employees at an intern salary. You can never satisfy in terms of your salary here.

I didn't find anything which hamper anyone's professional career. However, as a suggestion I would recommend to revise their salary structure, should provide benefits like PF & Medical insurance so that employee families can be secure for any future medical emergencies.

I think this job is only for the people's who are searching for a training in digital marketing not for a job purpose only for training cause salary is too low and working hours are more than a company. You have to work 10 hrs per day. But the people's behavior are too good. join if you want to make yr career in digital marketing. And get the training on live projects. Don't go there for money.
