Everything.. Salary not on time before joining they promised to credit the salary on 15th of every month but they credit the salary on 22 to 30 of month and one more interesting thing they credit the salary in two part. 1st part after 20 and 2nd part before 30 of month. so for one month salary you have to wait for 55 days. they promised to give the increment on time but they never did. their probation period is of 3 month but after 3 month they never did the appraisal nor complete the probation period. 3- They promised to give the incentive after completeion of 1 year so be aware this is the bait to attract the candidate but don't trust them they never did that. For the last 2 year no employee got this incentive . 4-If you don't have any option or this is the last option then accept it otherwise no need to join this organization. 5- And they never complete the FNF on time. they promised to do the FNF within 45 days i saw so many employee who still waiting for their FNF .They served the complete notice period but they neve full fill their promises. So before think if you want to join this organization .
