Read this before going to this company.

- Maybe someone not agree this but Whole Management is different kind of simp. I saw some of girls getting everything they want by doing nothing, so if your daughter, sister, or loved ones going there, please be aware. (If you want to believe then it's fine, if not it's also fine, Choice is yours) - If you are hard working and seeking for growth, then you are at wrong place - Micromanagement for each and everything. They will also manage you breaks - If you speak for yourself even if you are right, you are doomed. Then they will start to cut you off from process. - Special ones get all the privileges that you can think - Upper Management has very fragile ego, so forget about to speak for yourself otherwise be ready for the things because they can go below the belt. - Efficiency or new things are not appreciated here - They want butt lickers not smart workers. - Don't give them idea about your thinking and your life otherwise it will get used against you. - Minimal compensation.

I could only talk about the team I was assigned to, SOoTL was good, really helpful, manager were good too, never talked anyone badly even when someone made mistakes.

Course allocation in advance. Formal communication through emails. Salary paid latest by 05th of next month. Small gifts and parties to all employees on festivals like Holi and Diwali.

Does not look and feel like an MBA college but a show-biz. Class size of more than 100 students in a section in term-5 and term-6 of MBA. A subtle environment where everyone is made to feel insecure. Lopsided organizational policies, Culture of touching feet, Non-professional work environment, Compulsory celebration of festivals in the college, Putting responsibility of organising fests and star shows on faculty members, Indirectly forcing faculty members to act as bouncers in the fests and star shows.

Good things here I would say is the managers here are really helpful and supportive. If you are a fresher then this is the best place to learn things on a long term.
