I was in it support team. Team Culture was very poor. Forcefully took work from extra hours which was without pay ....its very dissatisfied & disappointed. Nepotism & give Buttering to their manager & then take advantage for promotion.

...ut asking the reason. I never had the same problem with any other team members. Salary as per the industry standard, not more or less. Flexible working hours

...t is still a complete transfer of skills that will affect their future profile. From a salary point of view, they have a strict band system for developers; there is no flexibility as per their role and responsibilities. I must say the hierarchy system is poor; 3–14-year-old employees are working as senior programmers.
