Product is good But company , Management, Culture is Worst.

it was worst experiance working with Implantium.Company has too much bad debts in market and managemnt is higly currepted they used to trap the employees to get that otherwise that would be collected from employees salary and incentives.usually salary is disburshed on time but expenses and insentives are always a part of deilemma that whether that will come on time or not.even whether that will come or not.Joining Implantium is one of out of top five bad decisions i have taken in my whole Life.

Bat culture, abusive language by management ..discrimination by Korean people with Indians....immature management staff Not following import export norms as per indian gotvt..importing material @12 % Gst and selling @ 18%

That's company director or old employee when they want they was fire you any time bad politics never faith any one it. I you want spoil your carrier u apply. Sales person very bad

Top management to bottom they are spoil ur carrier every day it's like u r in border. Any time they fire you any reason

I was working nearly one year this was my first jop I felt happy to work this company .all levels of senior officer manager and especially Korean people also have a good relationship maintained
