There is nothing to like in the impetus except getting work from home other than its worst.

It has been the worst company of my career so far as they openly asked to work for 11-12 hours shift (without extra pay) then without 2 week offs. Hardly you will be able to get 2-4 week offs in whole month( they pay only 1000 per day for extra week offs work nothing extra apply if you even work on Saturdays or Sundays so they treat all days same). There is no project management, first they did not hire people when required so as they were unable to deliver people on time then they did over hiring and once project delivered then straightaway they laid off 75% team. We were 37 members in the team they laid off around 30 employees. After doing this much hard work they gave only 3 ratings to all and made that variable pay. You won't be able to learn anything as you won't get time to learn. Still you will keep receiving mail like impetus is one of the best companies, safest place to work for women. Best for work life balance. If you write mail to your manager or lead they will say they will give break once project delivered. Even they will ask you to work when you are not well. Like having fever or anything, they say please plan your sick or emergency leave. You won't be able to utilize your any leave like EL/CL/SL even after working for 2 years. If you go to HR then nothing gonna happen even they don't change the project. I was not even able to take 4 Sunday as week off in 2 years work.

Dislikes

They simply hiring people but not giving projects. They put our salary on hold during notice period. The management asked for forceful resignation because I am on bench. Luckily I got another opportunity in few days.

This is one of the most insecure jobs. A very stressful work environment makes it even worse with indecent manager behaviour. No work Life balance . Firing in Notice period also. Fake product base company.

Manager's behaviour are too bad No job security No work life balance They don't have money to pay in notice period. If employee dependency will over during notice period next day they will fire won't keep you single day. Chindi company .
