Work environment is not good culture is bad teammates are supportive and management is not good,company policies are not fair for employees they give good salary hike when u join but after there is no appraisal etc.

There is lots of politics and the management is not favour in employees,salary is good but career growth is slow,

For learning immacule is good company.

Dislikes

Salary come late after 15 for fresher to sr.officer and sr officer to all salary come after 20. There is lots of dirty politics. Work environment is so bad and u no appraisal. No full and final.

Company location is such that the time from home to reach office is very convenient, it's take only five minutes. Means in metro city maximum time is consumed in journey that is the relaxation here.

No policy for human welfare.

Time to time new challenges. Every employee is very coporative

Working hours are too much extended. Food facility is too poor. Breakfast is not available for general shift. Mental health and physical health get disturbed. Currently shift time is 8:30am to 8pm

there is no work culture and MD is worst person he don't have ethical values. He use to talk non sense things and there is no efficient people in the right designation. In QA department AGM (Veera Jafaa) and GM (Sachin Jaffa) people are worst and they won't deserve for their positions and there is no team work and try put some one head.too much working hours. They won't get benefit also. There is no appraisals
