Likes are depend on company's which plant you are working. Company is not bad but top management is bad.

Dislikes

Poor plant not having enough money to pay salary. Top management is thinking if we close some of posts in plant then we will save our job. There is a corruption in top level even. If you want to work in this plant be prepare for Plan B. Management having mind of use and throw policy. Never believe on any person in office other than shop floor. High level politics which can't be understood by simple person. Never join this company before understanding all salary structure, increment policy, leave policy,other terms and condition.

Good company time'to time training conduct good pay scales learning culture annual trips other benefits like annual medical checkups and other benefits

There is plant manager is Power full person manegement listion to him other employees are not valuable person for the manegement and if plant manager want to that you are out from company that time you are out the plant there is anyone listion to you you are right or wrong

Likes

I liked the safety precautions taken by the company and regular health checkups of all the workers. In addition to that, the food for the workers is also made available at free of cost and the working environment is splendid.

Dislikes

At present there is no transport facilities for technicians and workers. Also there is no salary increments for the technicians and workers.

Very disappoint from HR policy, HR is thinking that they are the god people. And electrical manager is know nothing about electrical and he is thinking that he knows everything and also manager partially towards Gujarati Patel.

As it is MNC 5 days working is good.

Dislikes

Name sake MNC only, internal politics are worst than Indian companies. Micro management is more. Internal positions shows in portal but they never recruit Indian to other country sites.
