I'll recommend, don't join. Reasons are: Black listed compnay among banks (so you will not get benefits from banks like loans). Policies are not employee friendly. Poorly skilled staff and managers. Nobody listen your complaints and feeback. Better to avoid compnay. It was my mistake that I have joined. Please do nt join.

No working environment, only politics by poorly skilled people and managers. Once you streamline the process and establish the client/project then they will try to find out reason to sake off.

company is very good in term of work life balance. No one will question you if you take WFH or if you are late sometimes due to some urgency.

You will be start getting bored after certain period as you will be asked to do same task continuously. There is no option to change project after certain period unless you resign.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest and reliable technologies. It has a global client base. Less opportunities to travel to abroad as many global projects are handled by off-shore resources. Good work-life balance.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
